We want you and your family to get the dental care you want and need without you having to stress about expensive dental bills. Our reduced-cost, in-house plan provides exceptional savings by allowing individuals and families to receive dental services with a percentage discount off our traditional fees.
Here’s how it works: once your annual membership fee is paid, you will receive discounted dental services for all members, spouses and dependent children under the age of 26.*
What’s included?
- Two routine exams per year
- One problem focused exam per year
- Two cleanings or two periodontal maintenances per year
- Complete series or panoramic film (once every five years)
- Bitewing x-rays (once/year)
- Periapical radiographs.
Additional dental services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, sealants, oral surgery, root canals, periodontic treatments, and additional cleanings are offered at a 20% reduction off normal office fee.
